EAPIS is a non-profit, open-access journal based in New York, USA. All published issues are made permanently available online to ensure long-term preservation and bibliographic accessibility.

 

Librarians may freely include links to our content in institutional repositories, course materials, or library databases for academic use. However, redistribution, republication, or commercial use of the full text is not permitted under our closed-source policy.

 

The journal publishes in three languages (Chinese, English, Japanese) under a unified editorial and peer review framework. Each issue is fully open access and freely accessible without subscription fees. We encourage librarians to guide faculty and students to use, cite, and reference EAPIS publications for academic purposes.

 

We also encourage research libraries to include EAPIS in their electronic journal holdings. The platform’s open-access publishing system is well-suited for library hosting and faculty engagement, particularly for institutions that support faculty-edited journals (see Open Journal Systems).

EAPIS 是一份在美国纽约出版的非营利开放获取学术期刊。所有刊物均在线长期保存，以确保持续可及性和书目信息完整性。
