EAPIS welcomes submissions in Chinese, English, and Japanese from researchers, educators, and practitioners worldwide. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. The journal adopts a dual peer review process (double-blind external review and internal editorial board review) to ensure fairness and academic rigor.

 

Submissions may follow either ACM Reference Format (numbered style) or APA Style (author-date style). Both are acceptable at submission, but all accepted manuscripts will be standardized into ACM format during publication. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their references.

 

EAPIS does not use AI-detection tools. Authors are free to use AI for language assistance, data analysis, or visualization, but fully AI-generated manuscripts are not accepted. Authors must retain intellectual ownership of their work, and any substantial use of AI tools should be disclosed.

 

As a non-profit, open-access journal based in New York, USA, EAPIS provides free access to all articles. However, in line with our closed-source policy, content may only be used for academic citation and reference; redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.

EAPIS 欢迎全球学者、教育者与实践者以 中文、英文和日文 投稿。稿件须为原创、未发表作品，且不得同时投递其他期刊。本刊实行双重同行评审制度：结合匿名外审与编辑委员会复审，以确保学术公正与严谨。

 

参考文献可采用 ACM 引用格式（编号制） 或 APA 引用格式（作者-年份制），两者均可在投稿阶段使用。但在最终出版时，编辑部将统一转换为 ACM 格式。作者需对文献的准确性负责。

 

本刊不使用 AI 检测系统。作者可以在语言润色、数据分析、可视化等环节使用 AI 工具，但 完全由 AI 生成的稿件将不被接收。作者必须保持学术观点的独立性，若 AI 工具有实质性贡献，应在文中如实声明。

 

作为一份 在美国纽约出版的非营利开放获取期刊，EAPIS 的所有文章均可免费获取。但根据闭源政策，内容仅限学术引用与参考，不得再分发或商业化利用。
